Knauf Earthwool DriTherm Cavity Slab 37 is a dependable glass mineral wool insulation for external full-fill masonry cavity walls. Offering a thermal conductivity of 0.037W/mK, it helps reduce heat loss and improve the thermal efficiency of the building. Manufactured with plant-based ECOSE Technology, the water-repellent slab is non-combustible and achieves the highest Euroclass A1 reaction to fire classification.
Flexible and lightweight, the 125mm slabs adapt to minor substrate irregularities and knit closely together to reduce air gaps. They fit securely between wall ties without retaining discs, making installation quick and straightforward. BBA certified for use across all exposure zones, including very severe conditions, each pack provides 3.28m coverage.
These slabs are suitable for buildings up to 12m high in any exposure zone and multi-storey applications up to 25m in height. The British Board of Agrment (BBA) has certified them for use in all exposure zones, including extreme environments. They are resistant to moisture transmission across the cavity or below the damp proof course level and they will not transmit water to the inner leaf.
