customerEngineering bricks are designed to support structural builds with a higher load bearing weight. They are moisture-resistant and have low porosity, meaning they do not absorb water easily. For this reason, these bricks are great for applications exposed to harsh weather or prone to damp environments.
Our engineering bricks come in both perforated and non-perforated ranges. If you require the weight of your bricks to be lighter but still support a structural application, choose perforated engineering bricks. We also stock both clay and concrete engineering bricks. Choose concrete if you’re on a more restricted budget, or clay bricks for an extremely long lifespan. Our clay engineering bricks are also certified to Class B regulations, meaning that they have a minimum comprehensive strength of 75N/mm² and their water absorption is under 7%. They may also vary in appearance as they are for more practical purposes, unlike facing bricks.
